The location was GREAT. it was near the train station, and i could easily walk to many key sites. the staff were courteous and always ready to help with directions or recommendations. I REALLY appreciated their assistance.
The room was a bit smaller than I expected. I would have appreciated an advance notice about this.

my room was clean, and it had a comfortable bed. the bathroom seemed recently renovated. it featured a modern shower. i also appreciated the coffee machine provided, quite convenient for early mornings.

The room felt smaller than expected, and the air conditioning was definitely subpar. it barely cooled the room, frustrating on warm days. also, i was annoyed by the lack of a mini-fridge. It would have been nice to keep some drinks cold. the bed wasn't the most comfortable either. honestly, i expected more.

The air conditioning was not controllable in the room i booked i expected proper air conditioning it had central heating or cooling only i was forced to open the windows at night for some air also, the bathroom was not very clean. The emergency string in the shower had black mold
